Just a super standard pie crust recipe that will work for one pie or a batch of my mini quiches 🙂 Sorry that it’s a little rough around the edges. I adapted this pie crust recipe from the Land O Lakes one I found online before I had any experience in the kitchen or my cool little hand mixer. I would’ve changed it but for now I like my original method. Feel free to use a mixer if you’d prefer!
Combine 2 cups flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt
Add in 2/3 cup melted butter (melted because of the lack of mixer) and stir with a fork until crumbly
Add in 5 tablespoons of cold water and mush it all together with your hands before rolling it out to your ideal size/thickness
