Happiness Water

I found a recipe (actually probably like a thousand recipes) for water similar to this. It’s stress relieving and anti-oxidizing. It helps if your bloated or if you’re low on electrolytes. It gives you the ability to jump like a pro ball player, turns your eyes to rainbows and cures any aches or pains you may have.
(Okay so that last sentence was chock full of lies but it does taste really good! Plus all the other stuff is totally true.)
I thought it was funny that so many sites said that these types of water help raise spirits, lift your mood, make you happy, relieve stress and so on and so forth. My dad and I came to the same conclusion: That is 100% true because its delicious!! Something so tasty can’t not make you happy. 🙂

Regardless, you’ll want to drink this water. Friends, kids, athletes, picky people you know… it doesn’t matter. Everyone will want to drink this water. I’ve done the leg work so I know! I have parents, a boyfriend, friends and high school aged kids I train that can’t get enough. I think thats a pretty decent, diverse group to experiment on. (Don’t worry, they know they’re my guinea pigs!) Its more than thirst quenching, somehow. Just see for yourself…

Turning water into… Water thats even better


 

6 ounces of water
1 cup pineapple
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries 
1 teaspoon Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar (check this stuff out… you can use it for anything!!)
3 large basil leaves, sliced

Add the pineapple and berries to a jar/pitcher and lightly smush them before adding the apple cider vinegar

Rinse off and chop up the basil leaves and add them to the pitcher

Fill the rest of the way with filtered water and ice if you’d like some 

Stir gently and let it sit for a few minutes before enjoying
